in a number of leadership positions in industry groups. A Pennsylvania native, Vince has made the Cincinnati area his home for more than 25 years. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family in Montgomery, golfing, and boating. |

attended several state and national training conferences. David has
exceeded personal billings of $3 million and built a network that
reaches throughout the Midwest and beyond. A Michigan native, David enjoys time with his family, landscaping, remodeling and service to his Church. |

Tom Egner Tom Egner is an Executive Recruiter specializing in IT and has over 20 years experience in IT and sales management. Tom brings a wealth of experience to this role, and has a penchant for matching candidates and client companies in this highly specialized area. A Cincinnati native, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, bicycling and being an amateur gourmet chef.
Jesse Johnson Jesse is a member of the Clermont County Young Professionals and came to Messina with 5 and a half years of experience in the third party logistics industry. He enjoys being on the water, boating and fishing, during the summer months and when the leaves begin to change looks forward to watching a good Kentucky basketball game. He also has a passion for volunteering his time at a local church youth camp.

Jeff McCosham Jeff comes to Messina Staffing with many years of retail and sales experience. He has prided himself on offering superior customer service throughout his career. Jeff is eager to meet prospective candidates that are interested in a temporary staffing position with the many clients that Messina Staffing represents. Jeff is a lifelong resident of the Cincinnati area and currently resides in Mason with his wife Cathy and their son Mason. Jeff enjoys bicycling, golfing and is also a huge hockey fan. He also does volunteer work with the local youth hockey program CAHA as well as being actively involved with his church.
Robyn Gray Robyn Gray comes to Messina Staffing as a Staff Coordinator with 4 years of experience in the staffing industry in the Columbus, Ohio area. Robyn has a track record of outstanding service, is looking forward to getting to know Messina Staffing clients and helping them to find great employees. As a Columbus native, Robyn enjoys watching Ohio State Football, golfing in the summer, spending time with family and friends and exploring all that Cincinnati has to offer.

Mary
Stites Mary Stites is our Office Manager and the most tenured member of the Messina Management Systems team. She joined the company through a co-op program and has been with us ever since. Mary knows what it takes to run an efficient office and keeps all of our systems working like a well-oiled machine. She is a native of Mason and enjoys her time out of the office with her husband Bill, son Jacob as well as other family and friends.
Cindy Perry Cindy's responsibilities include payroll, A/R, and A/P. She has a background in bookkeeping with an associates degree in Accounting and a B.S. degree in General Arts from Ball State University. She and her husband Bill have two sons, Ben and Travis and a German shepherd dog, Chance.
