	Tom Egner Tom Egner is an Executive Recruiter specializing in IT and has over 20 years experience in IT and sales management. Tom brings a wealth of experience to this role, and has a penchant for matching candidates and client companies in this highly specialized area. A Cincinnati native, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, bicycling and being an amateur gourmet chef. 	Top of Page Behind The Scenes Support Staff *Mary Stites* Mary Stites is our Office Manager and the most tenured member of the Messina Management Systems team. She joined the company through a co-op program and has been with us ever since. Mary knows what it takes to run an efficient office and keeps all of our systems working like a well-oiled machine. She is a native of Mason and enjoys her time out of the office with her husband Bill, son Jacob as well as other family and friends. Cindy Perry Cindy's responsibilities include payroll, A/R, and A/P. She has a background in bookkeeping with an associates degree in Accounting and a B.S. degree in General Arts from Ball State University.
