Vince Messina

Vince Messina is the CEO and, with Ranee Messina, co-founder of the Company.  Vince has over 30 years of experience in the Recruiting and Staffing Industry.  He has earned nationally recognized certifications in both the Recruiting and Temporary Staffing businesses.  He has also served in a number of leadership positions in industry groups.

A Pennsylvania native, Vince has made the Cincinnati area his home for more than 25 years.  When not working he enjoys spending time with his family in Montgomery, golfing, and boating.

 

Ranee Messina

Ranee Messina, Co-founder and President.  Ranee has twenty years of experience in Executive Recruiting, Staffing and Corporate Recruiting. Ranee is a Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS),  Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and CSP Certified Staffing Professional

Ed Anderson

Ed Anderson, Vice President, has been with Messina Management Systems since 1994 and has specialized in our accounting, finance and IT specialties.  He has earned the Certified Personnel Consultant designation, a world wide recognized certification that identifies those individuals who have attained a high level of expertise and professional competence.  It's purpose is to assure clients and job applicants get the highest ethical and professional standards possible.  He has attended several national seminars and conferences conducted by the National Association of Personnel Services and has achieved a level of success that few can match. He has billed over $4 million in sales in his career and is a member of the prestigious Pinnacle Society    (www.pinnaclesociety.org), the nation's premier consortium of top recruiters within the permanent placement and search industry.  Currently, he is the only local member that specializes in Accounting/Finance and Information Technology.

A Cincinnati native, Ed enjoys spending time with his family, coaching and watching his kids play hockey, basketball, soccer, and baseball.  

 

David Otto

David Otto, Senior Executive Recruiter has been with Messina Management Systems since 1989 and has specialized in accounting and financial recruiting during his entire tenure. He has earned the world wide recognized designation of CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and has attended several state and national training conferences. David has exceeded personal billings of $3 million and built a network that reaches throughout the Midwest and beyond.

Matthew Leliaert

Matthew Leliaert, Accounting and Finance Recruiter, has been with Messina Management Systems since early 2000.  Through Matthew’s career with the company he has worked in several specialties filling positions from Executive Assistant to Materials Manager to General Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions.  In early 2002 Matthew settled down and found a long term home in our accounting and finance specialty and has experienced great success in that discipline.  Matthew was named our “Rising Star” in 2001.  

Matthew is a native of Northern Indiana.  Outside of family and friends, his true passion is football.  While on the football team with the University of Findlay they won two NAIA National Football Championships.  He attributes a lot of his success in life to the lessons and work ethic learned on the playing field.

Jennifer Sweet

Jennifer Sweet is returning to the personnel industry after being an account/project manager.  As an Engineering/Manufacturing recruiter, she earned the CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) designation, attending several national recruiting seminars.  Jennifer studied both Business and Mathematics in college.

Chad Stewart

Chad Stewart, Recruiting Assistant, has been with Messina Management Systems since September 2004.  Chad is at the forefront of finding new candidates for the opportunities Messina has available.  His duties include searching Monster and Career Builder, handling all internet job postings and profiling potential candidates.   Chad brings an extensive customer service background and a strong desire to help people find their dream job!

Chad is a native of Cincinnati, OH.  Outside of family and friends, his true passion is golf.  Chad founded the Ohio Valley Golf Association, an amateur golf tour in Greater Cincinnati that promotes the game of golf at the amateur level and has a goal to donate $10,000 annually to the local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tyler Martin

Tyler C. Martin, a Cincinnati native, joined Messina Management Systems in 2006.  Prior to joining Messina, Tyler excelled in treasury product sales after leading a team through the process of launching a small business from conception to reality.  He now focuses his recruiting efforts on the Accounting, Finance and Information Technology fields providing individuals and companies with his commitment to superior customer service.

In his spare time, Tyler enjoys playing softball, cooking, traveling, reading and tackling home improvement projects.   He also maintains a small vegetable garden, and loves to barbeque while spending time with family and friends.  A motivated team player, Tyler believes that determination and collaboration are the keys to success.

 

 

Bridget Zeigler

Bridget Cassidy-Zeigler joined the Messina Management Systems team in the Spring of 2007 as a recruiter specializing in Accounting and Finance.  Bridget brings a varied professional background to the firm; having worked as an Administrator in Higher Education for fifteen years and subsequently in local government, as a Housing Development Coordinator for three years.  She describes her current career as “rewarding, beyond words” and enjoys the daily pleasures in assisting candidates in finding their ideal professional position.  Equally rewarding for Bridget is working with clients to find the best possible employee for their company.

 Bridget and her husband, Christopher, share a mutual passion for restoration work on their 103 year-old Queen Anne home which is on three historical district registries.  They also enjoy traveling – anywhere, whether it be to Chicago to visit Bridget’s son, Tony and his bride, Michelle or Germany to practice their use of the language.

Rebecca Caron

Rebecca Caron brings experience in sales and staffing to the Messina Staffing team. She has 12 + years of experience in sales and marketing and has been with the company for more than 5 years overall in sales and recruiting. She has a BSBA in sales and marketing from Miami University as well as an Associates Degree from Cincinnati State in information systems. Support Staff

 

Mary Stites

Mary Stites is our Office Manager and the most tenured member of the Messina Management Systems team. She joined the company through a co-op program and has been with us ever since. Mary knows what it takes to run an efficient office and keeps all of our systems working like a well-oiled machine. She is a native of Mason and enjoys her time out of the office with her husband Bill, son Jacob as well as other family and friends.

 

 

Cindy Perry

Cindy's responsibilities include payroll, A/R, and A/P.  She has a background in bookkeeping with an associates degree in Accounting and a B.S. degree in General Arts from Ball State University.  She and her husband Bill have two teenage sons, Ben and Travis.
