our company. Each of our Permanent Position Recruiting Associates is trained and
experienced in a specific type of position. Following are those areas of
expertise: Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Engineering, Manufacturing,
Information Technology, Sales / Marketing, Administrative/Support Staff.

get more training in their first 30 days than many recruiters get in their first

industry. They combine classroom, video, role playing, outside reading and

10% of their scheduled work hours each month in training. We have training

ADSL Internet connection gives our associates World Wide Web and Internet access
faster and more conveniently than any modem connection. Voice mail and call
conferencing are capabilities we have used for some time. Our web site

Recruiter is involved in developing and implementing the strategies and plans of

5. Earnings. Successful recruiters are paid very well. Average first year
earnings for a recruiter are in the $40,000 - $50,000 range. In today's dynamic
market we expect it to be even higher. Since total pay is determined by your
performance there are really no limits. We have had one first year recruiter
earn a six-figure income although it usually takes more than one year to get to
that level of ability. Most recruiters will earn in excess of $50,000 in their
second year. How much more is a matter of personal goals and drive more than any
other factors.
Common Denominators of Successful Recruiters
Any one who has met a few of our Associates knows we are a diverse group.
Efforts to define this group by traditional demographics are fruitless. Common
denominators seem elusive at best. Such considerations as age (from over 50 to
under 30), sex (almost equal numbers of men and women), education (a little
college to graduate degrees) and previous employment (government, retail, food,
consulting, sales, distribution) don't reveal any patterns. There are some common denominators though.
