109440 Citrix – Sr. Systems Engineer
Join one of Cincinnati's oldest and most respected companies as their Citrix-Senior Systems Eng. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide Virtual application and Desktop delivery infrastructure for the Network. This individual will develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure high levels of availability and security of business applications across the enterprise. This individual is responsible for overseeing all virtual desktop and application provisioning and maintenance.

Development of long/short term vision, strategy, and roadmaps for desktop virtualization within the organization in support of key strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements. Works with outsourced vendors related to routine operations and adherence to SLA's. You will need a HS diploma (BS preferred) + 7 yrs. of experience as a Systems Engineer and 7+ years' experience with Citrix virtualization; designing and implementing Virtualization architecture solutions, 7+ years strong background in application virtualization, server virtualization, application networking and network Storage, VMWare, 7+ years of experience deploying applications on Microsoft Server 2008 through 2016 and/or Win 72-10 (32 and 64 bit platforms); 7+ years of experience managing active directory including creating and modifying group policies, administrating and supporting Active Directory environments and ensuring that  security policies are correctly implemented. Seven years of experience with the creation and roll-out of Enterprise computing standards, including base image, login script, standard software configuration, and security compliant protocols. Strong experience in implementing NetScaler solutions including Citrix Access gateway, traditional load balancing and GSLB.

You will be responsible for project managing clinical and revenue cycle projects, to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of healthcare information technology for the hospital.  This role applies industry standard project management disciplines, practices and strategies to drive successful IT project outcomes aligned with the hospital's s short- and long-term business plans. You will need a BS in CS or IT (Master's preferred) plus a PMP cert and:

·        7 years or more experience managing healthcare IT projects in the healthcare provider environment.

·        5 years or more experience project-managing moderate to complex clinical system projects.

·        5  years or more experience implementing EMR systems and EMR upgrades in a hospital setting.

·        5 or more years clinical operations experience in a hospital and/or ambulatory health care setting.

·        Comprehensive understanding of program management, project management, technology infrastructure and EMRs. 

EPIC EXPERIENCE STRONGLYI PREFERRED.

Your primary responsibility will be to work as a Field Service Engineer spending greater than 50% of time at local customer sites (50 mi radius of Cincinnati) performing network installations and troubleshooting of Windows 2003/2008 servers and workstations issues. May also perform some desktop work as well. You will need a HS diploma (BS preferred) + 1-3 yrs. years hands on experience in network installation/troubleshooting/consulting environment of Windows 2003/2008 servers and workstations. May also deal with desktops, Cisco Bridge/routers, VMWare, printers and Office 365 issues.

You will be responsible for end-to-end high performance analog control solutions for injection molding machines. As part of the S&CD team, you will work closely with both the R&D and delivery communities to develop, implement, test, and prove out improvements to the company's process. These improvements will be based on sensor technologies, actuation methods, and software solutions. You will need to develop an understanding of how an injection-molding machine functions, how the injection molding process works and leverage that understanding to deliver business impactful results. You will need an Associate’s degree (Bachelor's preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related degree,  plus experience with Structured Text Programming in a manufacturing environment,  experience or ability to learn controls system development and strong troubleshooting skills for industrial control systems.
